*It is possible to organize breakfast service

Prices:

• A room: daily per person
• An apartment: daily per apartment according to the number of persons
• The price includes the usage of water and electricity, bed-clothes and towels
• For the usage of two-beds room, as the single one, the price will be higher, depending of the season, from 40 to 80%
• For the dwelling shorter that three nights, the price will be higher, depending of the season, 40 to 80 %

The dwelling tax is not included in these prices

• children younger than 12 years are free of paying the dwelling tax
• children from 12 to 18 years pay 0,50 € (50 %) a day for one child
• the adults pay dwelling tax of 1 € a day per person

Guest insurance is not included in these prices

• all guests pay the insurance of 0,50 € a day  per person at the day of arrival

Discounts:

• an adult has the discount of 10 % on the third bed

For children in all seasons

• a child younger than 10 years, in company with two adults on the same bed- free of charge
• a child younger than 10 years, in company with two adults on the third bed has the discount of 30 %
• two children younger than 7 years, in company with two adults on the third bed, only one child pay 100%

There are also discounts for:

• group accommodation, depending of the numbers of persons and length of the dwelling
• dwelling longer than 7 nights in I, II and III season
• honeymoons

Notice:

• for all deposited reservations  we guarantee the prices
• in times of holidays and town’s manifestations, the prices will be higher
• we keep the right to change  the given prices
• ONE DISCOUNT EXLUDE THE OTHER IF WE DON’T AGREE DIFFERENTLY

Cancellations:

If you cancel the reservation before the start of accommodation, you have to pay the following compensation:

Cancellation expenses

From 20 to 30 days	.....	30%
From 15 to 20 days	.....	50%
From 8 to 14 days	.....	70%
From 7 to 0 days	.....	100%

If the guest stops the holiday, the money will not be returned.

For justified absence (force majuere, diseases, death in family), which has to be documented, the host keeps the right for 10 % of the whole accommodation price for made expanses.

The changes after the reservation (the number of persons, the length of dwelling, type of the room etc.) could be done only with our consent and written document
