Rooms and apartments cleaning: we do it every day; we change the bed-clothes every 3-4 days, depending of the length of dwelling, and we change the towels every day

Reception of the guests: at the day of arrival till 08 p. m.

Departure: on the day of departure till 10 a.m.

The beginning of accommodation usage: from the noon

- It is not allowed to use the devices for hot drinks preparation or cooking in the rooms
- For hot drinks preparation, the household ensured the devices for it on the terraces of the facilities
- The guests have to abide to the home rules which will be noted at the special place in the house
- The guests are not allowed to take the pets in the house

Material damage: In all rooms and apartments there is an inventory list. Possibly damage made in the room, apartment or any piece of inventory, the guest has to pay at once.
